It is my dad's 60th birthday and my 21 year old brother wants to get him a fishing rod. He can spend $35 at most. Dad has the reel. They live in Florida so he needs something he can fish off a bridge in the brackish water near the ocean.

Does anyone have any ideas? We can't do brick and mortar stores because we are both finishing school up in Ohio. We need to be able to ship it down.
