Miranda, you've made so many great improvements to this forum... is there any chance you can add a column that says "date thread originated", much like the column says "last posted date"?

Just curious because some threads were opened quite some time ago and the link or product is no longer available, but the thread is still completely relevant because everyone's leaving important follow-up feedback.

That's Brad's department not mine. You would need to ask him for that. You can look at the first post. Look to the left and it will show the date the first post was made.

Yeah I have always had problems so much so that I complained to the OKC main post office for the state I wasn't getting any of my mail nothing not even a bill they had been fowarding it to someone else. I put a note on the insideof my box with a list of all the peoples names that live here and the address this according to the OKC PO is what everyone should be doing anyway, I guess that our mailmen can't remember what address they are at or the street name..uugghh

I did not like it at all. I decided to make both full boxes, feed some to the dogs with chicken and store the rest. I tasted it so that I could take the survey. If I had planned on having it for dinner we would have been calling for Pizza.

However, mixed with chicken and green beans the dogs loved it.

I just got an email saying that they rice was all mailed out via priority mail and it may take longer for some to get theirs than others and that we should be patient. So... I guess we get the yucky rice too. :( lol

I got my rice today and now I'm afraid to try it. :yuck: I didn't get the coupon for a free box of rice like the letter in the box stated I was supposed to get. I guess I'll e-mail them about that. Maybe they are giving us a coupon for rice to make up for the yucky stuff.;)

Well as others have stated the second box we really bad I tasted enough to say YUCK and the dogs had the rest with the leftover gravy...they loved it!

These are the links I received. They look like they are attached to the product numbers on my boxes. I think you should be able to replace the '537-811' in my links with the product numbers on your boxes if they are different than mine. I hope this helps. :)

Check posts #76 & #77, maybe this will help you if you still have your box numbers. Or send an e-mail to research@<hidden> for assistance. Also, you could call Patty Winderweedle at 713-529-3251, but the letter states 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST. Hope this helps!

Got a new email from them today. Took the survey and at the end it said "Your survey was accepted." Don't know if that means I got in or not.
