Hello,
A medical market research company is currently conducting research on Epilepsy. We are looking for parents of teens (12-17 years old) with Epilepsy to consent to their child participating in an on-line focus group/bulletin board.
It will require about 30 minutes of their time 3 days in a row (March 27th-29th). At their convenience each day they will be required to answer a few questions that have been posted.
For their participationwe are offering a $75 honorarium. Please click the following link to fill out a quick survey which will help us determine if your child is eligible to participate.
We will contact you if you do. Rest Assure that all of your/their personal information is kept strictly confidential. We will need parent/guardian’s permission for anyone under 18 to participate.
