Schlesinger Associates is currently organizing an important study regarding employee benefits and would like to include your opinions. This is a two part study - the first part involves a 60 minute TELEPHONE interview on October 23. The second part takes place on either November 13, 14 or 15 which involves a 60 minute IN PERSON interview to be held at our mid-town Manhattan facility (500 Fifth Ave @<hidden> 42nd Streets). Some respondents will be chosen for the second part depending on your feedback during the telephone interview. The arthritis one was funny, was not about the disease, just side effects from pain meds. Only lasted 36 minutes and I get one hunderd buckeroos!!

I changed the appointment, "the client" came back and said all spots were filled by them (they were trying to be helpful)...so I wasn't needed. Schlesinger said they were still going to pay me $50 for all my trouble in having to reschedule, etc. I was shocked...and thrilled, of course. Anyway, I just wanted to pass that along to you to let you know how great of a company they are!! Good luck to those of you who got in!!

The guy taking the calls doesn't listen to is messages. I said on his VM I was making the call from the doctor's office and that I would be home at three. I thought that was perfect because his VM message said he returns calls at that time. I always leave my number at the end of my messages. The logic in that is they will have to listen to everything I say before arbitrarily grabbing my number and calling back. When I got home I discovered he called me back 5 minutes after I left my message. :mad: He didn't listen to a thing I said. :( I was irritated and I haven't slept in 3 days. I thought it best not to return a call in that state. I will call tomorrow after My kitty goes to the vet. (I have a gyn appointment :D) I'm not holding on to much hope of getting in after all the phone tag we've been playing.

I wouldnt worry about it Miranda, I just talked with Brian and he told me the study has been cancelled anyway and that the ones that were selected 2 or 3 days ago, just a few will be the only ones that might receive some sort of compensation (very little but something for their time).. He said it wasnt Schlesinger that cancelled the study, it was the supplier.. oh well lose some win some.. He said they have more studies coming up..
