Okay, I have been doing surveys (thanks to this forum & MMM!) and get checks every now and then. I usually don't even remember what the survey was about. But I recognize the company names which helps.

Well I got a check with no supporting documentation (a survey number/etc) and I have no idea of the origin.
I don't want to cash it, for fear that when I do that this is some sort of scam to get my signature, bank account info, etc.

Please tell me if you have ever gotten/cashed a check from here, and if you know what survey company it could be from.

Their info:

Multiple Stream
1 Albany Ave. Suite G6
Kingston, NY 12401
It lists a phone number, but I do not have long distance

It is written from a Chase Manhattan Bank account.

The check amount is $23.41

TIA

Does Hits4Pay sound familiar at all to you? I did a Google search and found that Hits4Pay is owned by Multiple Stream Media in Kingston, NY.

Hope this helps!

Patty if hits 4 pay isn't familiar pm me the phone number and I will call them. I'll tell them I have a check and want to know who they are. The Kingston, NY sounds familiar but I am not certain why. I don't do PTR anymore I quit years ago.
Hmm. 23.41 is an odd amount for surveys tho.

Thanks for offering to do so!

Thanks to all of you for letting me know. Yes, hits4Pay does ring a bell. The thing is, the stinking check was requested over 6 months ago and it is supposed to be for $30, not the odd ball figure this check is in. Looks like I can cash it then.

For those of you that don't know, hits4pay is basically reading emails and then clicking on the links in them, wait a minute or two and you get credited for that email. Also, you can have a downline and their read emails help you in a bit. For instance if I had 5 referrals, and they each referred a total of 10, and those 10 referred 30 more, etc etc. you get some percentage of their earnings.

The sad thing is it has taken me about 1 1/2 years to accumulate $30. I guess I could have made it sooner if I kept referring people, but I did not.

I believe now the credit you get is $0.02 every email, though you can't cash out until you hit $30 I believe.

Thanks again everyon
