Balance Transfer Card with no transfer fee? [Archive]

I'm looking for a card strictly to use as a balance transfer fee, don't need any rewards on it, because I'll just be paying debt down at 0% interest. Does anybody know of a card with a 12 month 0% APR on Balance Transfers that also have no fees for transfering the balance?

i would try citibank.com. i have a card thru them and used it not too long ago for the balance transfer. no fee, 12 months no interest. i think my card was the dividend platinum select.

Here is a link to good article with circumstances about someone else looking/waiting for a good offer. Sometimes, it's just a matter of time depending on how much debt you are carrying.
