anyone know an ISP that is fit me?

I Just moved to a new house:D , but I don't want to install a phone line cuz got the cellphone, now try to get connect to the internet, but many ISP require home phone num for sign up for the internet ,such like AT&T.:mad: so does any know an ISP that is in a good price and don't require a phoneline? :confused:

Is verizon fios available in your area? It's $34.99 & better than cable.

My in-laws have RCN. Faster and cheaper than DSL.
