Having DSL increases your eligibility for surveys and research projects exponentially. Is AT&T an option? They offer DSL for 14.99 a month.

Update:
Just finished my session. Said session length was 1 hour when I was joining which made me really nervous for a minute but once I was on the phone with the woman she told me thats just how long she was keeping the line open for and it should only last 20 minutes as stated when I was signing up. Well I was out 17 minutes later should be getting 25 gc in next week she said :) Pretty easy survey just about a new security thing in ie7.

very easy to do and the lady I spoke with was super nice. It took a total of 15mins and I am supposed to get the $25 amazon gc in email w/in a week.......enjoy everyone :)
