Since I don't know how many pieces you actually need, here's a good place to start looking. They have non-stick and regular stainless stuff, you just have to look through it. Plenty of it is within your budget.

Check out Sam's Club and Cosco. They have some stainless sets for under $100

I was acctually looking for some frying pans too. I watched a segment on the Today show back in the earlier part of the year saying what to look for in cookware. So I have been looking around trying to keep in mind what they said and K-mart has some good quality sets at a reasonable price. One thing I learned was that the higher priced ones are not neccesary the best ones. Good Luck and sorry to hear about the house fire.

Sams has them but Costco's Kirklands brand did great on Consumer Reporrts.
