I saw the same thing but completed the survey anyway. I got a notice at the end of the survey that said: "Thank you for completing our scanner survey. You will be receiving your itunes card by mail within 4 weeks"

You have to go ahead and take the survey.. Mine page said the same thing, but took survey anyway and at the end it said I would receive the $15 GC.. Try it..

I found this somewhere a week or two ago, and filled it out. Hopefully it'll come, I just got a video iPod, but don't want to pay for the movies/videos on iTunes lol.

I hope this actually comes! I hate posting these because so many of them are iffy. With Christmas and all the MP3 giving, I thought it would be good to post. :crossfing

Thanks! I signed up a couple of days ago. I noticed tonight that it no longer says anything on the survey about the $15 iTunes gift card.

I just completed the survey and it doesn't offer or mention the 15.00 gift card at any time. :( Before it says contest and at the end it says thank you for completing survey only. Probably should be posted as done. Thanks anyway.

I got the gift card in the mail about a month ago. I guess I was lucky and did the survey on time to recieve the offer.

I just emailed them. I told them I have a screen shot.....and do. We'll see. These things are so dang iffy. They get the info then cheat us. But then again lots of people cheat them so.........
