Hello,
I'm new to surveys and have signed up for a few. I don't remember signing up for National Survey Panel. I have clicked on the link and started taking the survey which lets you choose what kind of $100 visa or certificate you want. I goes on and on and you have to sign up for more surveys or offers along the way. It went on and on and then I went ot a blank page.
Has anyone been paid by these people at all?

I'm not familiar with that site and the offers you mention sound somewhat suspect. Check out some of the other sites mentioned on this board. Off the top of my head, these are some really good sites:

Greenfield Online
Survey Spot
Buzz Back
Your 2 Cents Panel
Test Spin
Pine Cone
Keynote
Lightspeed

Those sites don't require you to sign up for any other offers, and they all pay pretty well (either through checks/paypal or gift certiicates).

Unless you are doing more than a survey (like a focus group), companies usually do not offer $100 incentives. As soon as you see a request for you to sign up for products and services from other companies to get through the survey -QUIT! Most of the ones that have a message line like " Which do you like more - COke or Pepsi" are major scams. Real survey companies will have the comanies name in the email that will help identify them also.

i agree with gjvr those are good sites except i gave up on Greenfield, too many problems and with me personally the support wasnt there like other sites. i also love:
zoompanel (earn points but they add up fast,albeit the prizes arent fantastic theyre better than nothin)
www.20/20research.com (i swear by this site, just recently did a $75 online forum and tested a clorox product was quick and easy and they gave us another product and they were going to give us $15 in addition because of a follow up survey but because of the holidays gave us $30 how cool was that? and abt every few weeks another $15 til they get the info they want)
bakerstreet is good although i havent qualified yet my sister gets in on their product testings and surveys they pay well
socraticforum is really good too HTH..
