I bought a few toys from Amazon that are now significantly less. One was purchased yesterday. Will they adjust the prices? Thanks for info.

They do price adjustments. BUT, there are stipulations. If the items came from eToys, you are out of luck with Amazon. I was told I could contact eToys. Not sure if they do price adjustments or not. But if you review the above thread, you can see email I received.

Yes they do price adjustments, just send them an email or call them. Log into your amazon.com account, go to refunds/replacements and then click the email on the right side.

I just placed an order for 3 items, 2 of them are now several $$$ cheaper. I sent an e-mail - maybe they will refund it - give me more money to spend!

I called on Sunday because a couple of items I had purchased went on sale. The girl happily refunded the difference and even helped me to check current prices on the other items I've purchased recently. I was VERY pleased with the customer service. I had to look on the internet to find the phone number, as it's not on their website. I had to hold only about 5 seconds for a representative. A++ service in my book.

I bought the barbie roller skates the day before they dropped the price. I emailed them and they refunded the difference with no question.

The pixel chix i ordered on the 10th were 14.99 then and went down even lower! I emailed about it and was given a response right away. I was given back the difference.

Amazon is great! I got exactly the refund I had hoped for (see first post)! They were GREAT about it and everything was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I won't have to think twice about ordering from them in the future!
