Ok been getting a lot surveys from them lately and have completed several...Try to look at my points or whatever they call them and the same page just loads over and over...Tried the FAQs and I think I may have made a new acct...I'm a little lost at this point LOL I contacted CS but if anyone here has any help to lend would be thankful!

yep and when i click the button on the right that says CheckoomPoints it just reloads the same exact page

Thats the same problem I had last year, I had to email them and it took them forever to respond. Good luck :(

ugh :( well hopefully that at least means it is fixable
