Why is it everyone seems confused about this. It was a glitch in their system, Folks. Unless you made a purchase, you weren't supposed to get this for free. They must have figured it out.

The code I entered from the first post of this thread worked when i went and bought some cheap little thing.

Yes, I have used two. I got two pairs of house shoes. No problems.

I also took the printed ones to the store, and used 2 on two different purchases. No problem at all. My sister called one and asked, and they told her that they wouldn't take it unless it had a key code on it, but I just didn't call. Once they saw it came from the bath & body works website, they took it, and just used a code that they had. I got a snowflake candle (reg. $16.50, on sale for $10) and a manicure set (reg. $20, on sale for $10) for free! I have more of them printed, I just have to find time to go back.

YES!! We have 2 BBW stored in our area. I printed that page and took one to each store. Both times, I bought a $1.00 gift bag and got a $12.50 item free! Neither store batted an eye, jsut accepted the page and took my dollar.

I love this coupon! I took both my kids in tonight, and they each used 2 coupons to do their Christmas shopping, and I used 2 myself. They didn't have a problem with us using 2 each as long as we paid in two separate orders. My son was thrilled- he bought two $1 gift bags and got me and his sister both a present.

I, like some others only get a pink screen. Someone mentioned this was the coupon, brought it to a BBW tonight and they looked at me like I was nuts. They said there is no coupon code to ring in to the register and something else needed to be printed off with it.

I found my web browser (Mozilla Firefox) wouldn't let me into view the items (no matter what I changed) so I used Explorer which is where the link worked, but still NOTHING but a pink screen.

Can anyone, who has printed the coupon and used it successfully, give some of us that are having difficulties more info please so we can share in the excitement.

I printed the pink screen coupon(3 of them) and went to the mall yesterday. The mgr looked at it and at first didn't want to accept it. Then she gave in, but said I could only use 1 of them. I had so many coupons that I let it slide. I could have pushed and done 3 separate orders, but I let it go. I am calling 800-395-1001(cust serv) this a.m. to see what they will do about it. Just s/w cust serv and was told that this pink coupon all of us are printing is NOT a BBW valid coupon. Told her I had 2 more to use and she said it is up to the mgr's discretion as to whether they will be honored. Good luck to all-it expires 12/17. Look for those $1.00 giftbags!

Wow. My sister called customer service, and they told her that it (the pink page) was a legitimate coupon. I have used it about 12 times at 3 different stores and haven't had the first bit of trouble. I would definately try it! I always ask as soon as I go in so that I don't spend time looking if they aren't going to take it.

I did last night and was turned down. When I got home I tried to figure out if what I printed off was the same as what everyone else was using... it seems it was. 5270 code works only when you have spent $20.

I have the card I received in the mail with the code. The only stipulation is it cannot be used on sale items or with other deals or coupons, which is why the bags won't work--they're marked down. You do not have to spend a certain amount, but you cannot use a sale item.

I used the 5260 coupon link and printed the page from the BBW web site. They took it at the store with no problems. All I bought was a $1.00 gift bag. I got my secret santa gift for work, valued at $13 and paid $1.05 with tax.

I had the same bad luck as most of you. I took in a copy of the coupon. The girl was going to do it, but the manager said no and I nicely asked if I could use it online why wouldn't he accept this and he said I would have call CS and then CS would have to call his store and tell him that I was coming in for this to be valid. What a run around. I said never mind then. I was even buy like 20 dollar worth of items before the free gift. I had to laugh cause the night before I had ordered a ton of stuff online and used all kinds of codes so I still feel like I got a good deal.

Yup, I got the same email!

I got the same email and they charged my card for shipping and tax. did anyone else get the second shippment? I can't believe they would rerun this a month later or did they just do this so they could charge us (which I don't mind because I was willing to pay the shipping and tax in the fist place) But if that was the case they should have sent an email stating that not that the item shipped.

they never did charge me the first time, so I think it was a way to bill us.
