Thanks for the reminder to do this again. I just reseeded my lawn, and had a couple of those 10% coupons in my purse. My neighbor was with me (we went in together on renting the aerator) - so she saved $$$ too! (BTW - these work at Home Depot too). :)

Nothing special, tell them that you heard that they accept competitor coupons - and most likely the cashier will call her supervisor and the supervisor will approve. Or, you can go to the customer service desk first and ask. If they say yes (which they will), tell the cashier (if they ask) that the customer service desk ok'd it.

I saved $20 with the coupon. Well worth it to ask, imo.
