Probably the Tide coupon but not the Simple Pleasures since you're already getting it free.

I used a coupon for Tide and a coupon for Downy plus the free Downy coupon when I went to Target. I've never had Target refuse any of my coupons, I think they are the best store for redeeming coupons.

Yes you can as long as one is a manufacturing coupon and the other is a store coupon and does not say manufacturer.
