the survey was in dead center.. i wonder if its not there for everyone...you cant miss it

rigth there in the middle of the screen you should see a big blue circle, maybe you have a popup blocker.

I was able to get in, as well. I made it all the way through and got the same message as above...that they would like to get more of my feedback in a second survey, etc. I entered my email address for them to send me the follow-up survey. Hopefully, I'll be seeing that $20 gift certificate at some point! :tongue1:
