I believe codes are unique and printed on your receipt. You have to be a customer.

do you mean a customer of one of the Marie Calendar's resturaunts are puchasing a marie calendar product from a grocery store.

not 100 % but I believe it's their bakery / restaurant.
Survey is intended to improve customer service and for that reason they want feedback from actual customers, not random people.

A Lot of places like Target, Albertsons (I've done these) do it the same way

Too bad we don't have one here in Dallas. The food sounds amazing.
