Healthy Volunteer Research Study at Penn

Healthy Volunteers are needed for a research study conducted by the Preventive Cardiology Program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The study is looking at the effects of a new cholesterol lowering drug, on one other already approved cholesterol lowering drugs on the market. This is a 15 day study requiring 1 screening visit to see if you qualify, followed by 2 overnight stays (one week apart) amd a one week follow-up visit. All visits are in the General Clinical Research Center at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

You would qualify for this study if you are:
• Healthy
• Between the ages of 18 and 70
AND
• Are not currently taking any medication (NO birth control medication)

Participants will receive free health assessments and study medication, as well as compensation for time and travel.
