I have been a member with these guys for awhile. I get 1 - 2 surveys a month. They award points that can be redeemed for prizes. Some of the prizes are pretty good. It just takes awhile for them to add up because they surveys are slow to come. This is the info I copied off their public web pages.

ive been with zoom panel for which its seems forever!!! now im not too far away from my 7500 mark and i'm quitting!!! when researching some of the prizes worth (least the ones i'm interested in) most of them arent worth much and it makes me want to beat myself over the head knowing i spent lots of time on this! but when i started i didnt really look over all the prizes and see how much they all were worth (i just looked at however many points i had and saw what it could get me and didnt like nothing so i kept my points) I know there was another site similiar to this one that gave out 5.00 Gift cards for like a couple hundred points (hope i can find that site again) and i wish this place would do it, Id rather have gift cards so at least you can pick out what you want!
and another thing i hate about it is Sometimes i'll fill out a LONG boring survey and get "you've been entered into a drawing" then other times i do a 10 minute thing and get points but i guess its an okay place, but i'm done with it here soon!

Evaluated it for a week. Looks OK.
I got 4 invitations within 1 week. 3 qualified got 300pt(100pt/survey), 1 disqualified.
Use pts (1000pt MIN) to redeem the stuffs they list, but not very attractive.

I've been a member of Zoompanel for awhile now and have about 6000 points in my account (only 1000 points are needed to start redeeming them). I've also tested several products for them. Anyway, they're a good company if you want to give them a try.

I've found this to be similar to Test Spin for me. The majority of the surveys I do for them, I find myself getting to the end demographics and then they disqualify me, after the entire survey is finished.

Unlike Test Spin though, I have finished some surveys so I have about 800 points. I wish they had GC's to cash out for, but I guess it's just merchandise.

I am having a problem with delays in emails from zoompanel. I check my email all day everyday so it is not that I am missing them and it has happened more then once, today I got a zoompanel survey dated the 16th?. Whenever it hits my inbox it is always dated days earlier like there is some sort of lag in my recieving it. Surveys are always closed by the time I get to it. This hasn't always happened, just in the last month or so but it is so strange. Anyone else notice this?

Would you be willing to become a member of this research study and share your account number and online password with this research company?

Personally I had to pass on this one even though I like the company Im leery of giving out my personal info (password & whatnot) to anybody. .They give you a choice of agreeing to do it or saying no. After saying no it gave me an opportunity to cont. for 75 points on a 10 min survey (how long it took me). Kinda seemed pushy there for a minute but maybe thats how I perceived it. All told I got 100 points. Hope this was a help to someone.

Did anyone do a Zoom Panel survey through Invoke Solutions last night? It was an interactive one and lasted 90 minutes. I can't remember what the reward is and I'm trying to find out. I know I took an earlier survey which prequalified me for this, but I don't have any other information. So, if you did take this and can shed any light on the reward, I'd greatly appreciate it. (Just sitting here dreaming that it MUST for a LOT! LOL).

Thanks Miranda! $25 dollars..
three quarters of the way thru I had a connection prob, it froze up on me, it said to refresh and I did and it took me back to the start, re-entered my id stuff and was taken back to where I left off.. I though oh no when it happened after completing about almost all of it, i was going to lose out, I did a little "truck driver" language under my breath lol and then let out a sigh of relief as I sure would be sick to lose the $25.oo check cuz I sure need it after " you know what" it sticks in my throat lol

Well, I had planned on letting my points add up to the max level before cashing out. My toaster oven broke last week. I don't want to buy another one because I plan to buy a pretty nice counter top convection oven. That will still leave me needing a toaster. Thursday night I cashed in my points for a toaster. The FedEx man just dropped it off! How's that for fast!?!

That's awesome. We actually need a new toaster too--ours turns the heat up and down as it pleases... Either not done enough or burnt.

I'm really enjoying Zoompanel. I get regular invites, and I'm doing a chicken diary on the side. I think I'll keep letting my points add up at least to the next level.

I get a few surveys a week. It took me a good 6months to get enough points to get anything but I did get a 10 dollar amazon gift card and I find that a good deal because I shop on amazon a lot.

This is a reply for the other (closed) tread to CG480:

It says this on their site for log in problems (I had this probelm a while back too).

Note: If you are using McAfee SecurityCenter, or you are a Comcast Internet subscriber, please refer to this article (I copied the article at the bottom) before following the steps below.

If you experience an error when trying to log in to your ZoomPanel account, please follow the steps below in order.

Step 1 - Make sure that you are using the correct password.

We changed login procecures recently. Request your current password to make sure that you are using the correct one.

Step 2 - Check to make sure that Javascript is enabled on your browser.

Step 3 - Disable Software that may block Javascript or popups
If you have any software installed that may block Javascript or Popup Windows, this may prevent you from using our site. Look for programs like SpyBot, Pop-Up Stopper, Yahoo ToolBar, and Google ToolBar and disable them to see if you are able to log in. In some programs you may be able to temporarily bypass the restrictions by clicking on the SHIFT or CTRL key while you click on the OK button on our login page.

Your firewall prorgam may be blocking access to our site. If you have a firewall (such as Norton Firewall, McAfee Firewall, or Windows Defender) installed, please disable it and then try to log in again. You can re-enable it after you do this test.

Step 5 - Try to access the site from Firefox 2.0
If you are using Internet Explorer, there may be a problem with your browser. To verify whether your browser is causing the issue, we recommend installing the Firefox 2.0 browser and then trying to access the ZoomPanel website again. If you are able to acces the site using Firefox but not with Internet Explorer, proceed with Step 6 to repair your browser. You can download the latest version of Firefox here.
Step 6 - Repair Internet Explorer 6.0 (for Windows)

Dear Colleen,

Recently you completed an on-line survey about Shopping and you agreed to participate in a follow up study for up to 12 weeks. This note is to let you know that you have been selected to participate in the follow up portion of the research study. Thank you for your willingness to participate?your participation helps improve the shopping experience for consumers everywhere.

Each week we would like you to save your household?s receipts from discount stores (such as Target, Wal-Mart, or Kmart) if you happen to shop at any of these stores during the week. Even if you or anyone in your household did not shop at one of these stores, we still want you to complete the survey each week.

You will receive a survey via email on a weekly basis.

Thank you again for your willingness to participate.

You have received this letter because you are part of ZoomPanel, and we want to assure you that in this survey, privacy is guaranteed.

Hello....I'm sorta new to this site but love all the stuff you guys have been posting! I got the shopping survey from zoompanel about two or three weeks ago....it's really easy. You just keep all the receipts you get from like Target or Walmart, etc....then they send you an email for the survey every week worth 75 pts. and if you went shopping they ask you about it. They also send you an envelope that has prepaid envelopes to send them copies of those receipts. Even if you didn't go to those stores, you just still do the survey and get points :)

Hope this helps!;)

Yes because I have a screen shot that says Youve earned 600 ZoomPoints for joining Zoom Panel Mobile your account will be updated shortly, also says Youve also earned a $5 Amazon GC for completing your first Zoom Panel Mobile Survey, code will be e-mailed by July 13th.

I was only credited 100 ZoomPoints, not 600 and it specifically says for ZoomPanel Mobile. Im missing 500points. I havent heard from them yet, I'll update when I do.

Check the $3500 point folio-unfortunately, they are for a $10 Starbucks card with a coffee warmer or the Red Lobster/Olive Garden (is it Darden?) for $15 with a cooking mag subscription-I would also much rather just have gift cards or better yet cash-but I'll still take something rather than the nothing I get from many survey places. I have cashed out for 2 DVD's and a vacuum cleaner-working on 7500 pt level now.

Some people are saying they only get 1 or 2 surveys a month, yet I probably get 4-5 a day. I've cashed twice for a full hair shaving kit for my haircuts and an awesome surround sound CD player/AM-FM Radio (From the 10k folio). I can only assume that the amount of surveys you get depends on the demographics of what they're looking for.

I won something the other day after losing about a hundred times and was incredibly ecstatic (I thought I should have gone and played the lottery or something), and I also "won" 10 zoompoints. In my opinion, that's hardly a prize, considering their surveys are usually worth A LOT more than that, but as I said, that's just my opinion. I'd much rather had a gift card or such...

I re-sent them the screen shot I took and theyre now checking into it. It even said that I was supposed to get it by July 13, 2007, which is now overdue. Oh well, and yes I also "won" on the Spin to Win game and it was 10 ZoomPoints, I thought I won some money haha but any prize is a good prize! =)

I just looked through the rewards...I am going to get the spafinder package with the spa kit and $25 spafinder gift card with my 5000. There is one here locally that takes the gift certificates and they have a Wednesday special massage for only .. $25!! so it would be FREE!! They give the points out a little at a time so I am already almost at 5000 (4930 to be exact). As soon as I get to 5000 I am ordering it. I heard they were going to be revamping the points...not sure though..you know how Co.s are...if you don't want to keep accruing points and getting junk as you say, simply don't do the surveys. Now there are tons of movies and books that I wouldn't mind having for 1000 points... so I might actually start doing their surveys again. I'm having a hard time picking which one I want right now... there are 86 pages with 9 items on each page to browse through in the 1000 point folio :eyepoppin

I reviewed the rewards again today. I found a Naturals Ultimate kit in the 10000 point range. Too bad I only have 4900 (seems like it took forever to get that many). I went back and looked at the 1000 point range and there are lots of good books though I have read most of them (also I am a regular at the library). They did have some older DVDs though.

I guess I will wait until closer to xmas and see if I can get 5100 more points or do some xmas shopping.

BTW if you are interested in books, cds and dvds just click on the Entertainment section of the rewards. It has them catagorized much better there.

I get 2 and 3 a day sometimes. I have over 13.000 pts I spent some for a dvd and book. The prizes do suck tho.

The prizes aren't that great but I always enjoy the surveys. I only have 1500 points as I just started in January but I'm going to save them for Christmas. Maybe newer prizes will be up then. We shall see!

Hmmm... what exactly happens? I was just able to login with no problems.

I'm a little irritated because I did a survey a few days ago that I was not credited for. My email to them has gone unanswered.

I've been having the same problem, too. It says the requested page can not be found or something like that. I've e-mailed them twice about the problem and still haven't got a reply yet!
