Been with these guys awhile now. I have been paid several times. They are slow to pay after you make the request but they do pay.

I was doing really good with them until September. I requested 2 payouts in September that were processed 9/22/06(1 $10.00 and 1 $5.00). I should have received my Amazon certificates in my e-mail right after that. I still have not received them. I have been in contact with Sonia there DOZENS of times. I keep getting the same message that they were probably filtered out as spam. I keep telling them I don't have a spam filter for that address. ThHey also say they have forwarded it to the next preson. Nothing has been done.

I continued to do another survey for them and requested a $5.oo Amazon cert. I just got it today and copied and pasted it into my Amazon account. Amazon will not accept it. It is a bad number.

Is anyone else having problems? I even e-mailed Sonia and told her if I did not receive a response addressing my problems within a week I would report them to BBB, Survey police andanyone else I could find. Still no answer after a week and a half.

I always request (cash) checks. Amazon is notorious for messing up gift certificates via email. Tell her this. I can't count the number of survey sites that have this same trouble with Amazon.

Miranda,
Do they pay for surveys or just do lottery drawings?

Thanks for any info....

They do pay. I get amazon certificates. BUT monitor them closely when you submit for payment. I have had a lot of problems actually getting my certificates. The last one too 4+ months and a coupe dozen e-mails. I requested another $10 certificate in January and still have not received that one yet.

I see that this post is originally from last year, but I am having problems with them now. I have been a member for over a year and always requested checks in the past. Recently I cashed out three times for Amazon Gift Certificates, thinking that I would have them faster to use for Christmas shopping. They claim that it takes 3 weeks (which is ridiculous considering that everyone else gets them to you much sooner than that), but unfortunately it has been a month and I have yet to receive anything. I sent them an email inquiry over a week ago and have heard nothing back. I sent another email today and will send one every day until I have my gift codes. :gdcensored:

Maybe I've just been lucky, but I haven't had problems with Amazon codes from any other sites.

I always get checks from them and they take about 4 to 6 weeks. Seems a little strange that Amazon would take so long. I just cashed out $130 at Testspin and they were in my mail within a minute.

I cashed out for an Amazon code on Oct. 22 and still haven't recieved mine yet. That was my first time cashing out with them, so bad first experience. I've sent 3 e-mails and haven't had a response for any of them.

Funny... I don't hear a thing from them for over a week. Then, several hours after I posted here I received this response..

Hello,
We did our last download on 11/09 and your request was included. All of the codes should have gone out last week, but because of the holidays it has taken a bit longer. We should have them all out by the end of this week.

Sorry for the wait.

Thank you,
Socratic Technologies

I'm not holding my breath. Unfortunately the other two I requested were after 11/9 when they "downloaded", so who knows when I will see those.

This is the ONLY company I have problems getting Amazon certs from. Every other company has then to me within a day. Keep bugging them daily. I found that is the only way to get your certs. They always have a dozen excuses why they didn't go out or blame Amazon (funny Amazon only screws up with their orders?!). They eve claimed they snail mailed a cert to me once as a replacement and after it not arriving by e-mail for 2 plus months, it got lost in the snail mail!:eyepoppin
Don't trust them at all!

After reading this I am glad I did not request an Amazon GC the last time I cashed out.
I have $14 in my account and I don't like how the only let you cash out.I don't know how I'll ever get that extra dollar to cash it all out.Lately the few surveys I've gotten are $5 & $10 and all deal with IT.Is this the only surveys they offer? If not,why haven't I gotten any other type of surveys?
Thanks,
Scott
