The purpose of the study is to find out about women's hot flashes, other symptoms, feelings, and attitudes in the pre- and post-menopause period. We are comparing women in the United States and Taiwan. Women of all ethnic backgrounds in the United States are encouraged to take part in the survey. We will ensure the confidentiality your responses to our survey. We will not ask you to provide your name or other identifying information, other than your email address. Your email address will not be shared with anyone, and we will discard it when you have completed the survey.
This survey should only take about 45-60 minutes of your time, and we will email you a $25 gift certificate to Barnes & Noble, Victoria's Secret, or Amazon.com (your choice) when you have completed it.. The survey will be available online from April 17 through June 30. You will be able to access the survey web site and complete the survey directly from any computer that has an internet connection.
