I bought the Zen 1 GB Nano Plus about a year ago shortly after it came out at WalMart B&M for about $120. I knew it would eventually come down, but it was exactly what I was looking for at the time. BTW, I love this MP3 player!

I had ordered the green one for my daughter on Friday (wasn't showing out of stock), and Saturday morning I had a message that it has been backordered. I have never bought anything from this company before. Does anyone know how they are about conducting business? My daughter's birthday is in June, so I'm not in a big rush, but will they honor the price advertised if and when the product comes in? They mention something in the email about contacting them if I'm interested in a substitution, they don't pull bait and switch, do they? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

My green one was backordered, so I sent an email asking about the rebate. I received a very nice email from "Olga" stating that the rebate will be valid (it's based on the order date) and that the receipt that will accompany the product will show the order date. She stated that they are expecting a shipment in soon, so I'm hoping they'll get them in and shipped out before the 30th.
