View Full Version : Reminder~No Coupons in this Sunday's Paper 4/16
flowergal 4-11-2006, 6:14 PM Anytime a holiday falls on a Sunday, there will not be any inserts (coupons) in the paper...............
::::sigh:::: so sad!
BTW, if you have a Dollar Tree in your area, the stores in my area will carry the previous Sunday papers the entire week until they are gone for $1 each.....so I managed to pick up 4 more copies today just for the pet food coupons that came out last weekend.

On a side note, I managed to gather 20 of those pet food coupons from this week. You're talking about the free trial (2lb for dogs and 1lb for cats), right?

1.) I hit up everyone I know that doesn't use their coupons
2.) I work with a guy (at my fill time job) that delivers papers, so he can supply me with some left overs.
3.) At my pt time job (hotel) we get papers deliveried, so before I threw the old ones out, I pulled all the inserts

happyrat 4-17-2006, 1:29 AM I work at the airport, so I get all the coupons I need. A while back a store ran coupons for a free 4 pack of Dr Pepper so I clipped 18 coupons and got 3 cases. A lot of news paper companies will give you left over unsold copies if you ask. Never hurts as the worst they can do is say no.

I started buying the ones I use a lot of at thecouponmaster.com I pay about $4 and just get the ones I want' I would spend that much on 2 papers. I have 25 can's of gillette shaving cream cause I had $1 coupons for it and it was on sale for 96 cents lol. Did the same with the charmin wet wipes. $1 coupons they were on sale $1.09. I like this better than getting the papers just because I only get couons for the stuff I need
