I'm looking for a Laptop in the less than $700 price range. I'd like for it to be Centrino(so pentium m) with at least 512MBs of RAM and 60GBs. I'd like some of the extras like DVD Burner and a decent Video Card, but those aren't deal breakers.

Check HP.com you can customize your own computer there. Not sure if you can stay below 700, but close.
