Which is better - Jackson Hewitt or HR Block? I've always done my own taxes - this is the first year I'm having them done by someone else.

I trained at H&R Block. They have a great program, but when you get your taxes done, make sure to ask for someone with experience. I would check your local accountants office. I went to work for one and found that they actually charge the same if not less per return. Plus you get the experience of a CPA (they may have someone else do the return, but they stand behind it).

I like H&R, but found lots of mistakes on their returns. Stick with a local accountant.
