Does anybody know anybody that has blank DVD+RW discs on sale? I got a dvd recorder for Christmas and I needing some cheap DVD+RW discs to use for recording. I don't want DVD-R because it's just write once only.

Check Staples. They had some DVD+R discs on clearance. I bought a pack. Cheap too! Also check out CompUSA. I got a 100 pack for $14.99 (clearance again) and they have worked fine

ok since i know NOTHING about specs on a computer or anything, is this a good laptop for the price? I would like one for dh and he would be using it for online schooling and homework and for out of town business trips... anyone know? thanks!

i HATE rebates!
so can you buy additional RAM and a larger hard drive or something for it? i know i might sound dumb in asking but i really have no idea and since i am trying to keep it a surprise, i really cant go ask my dh, lol. and did i mention that i hate rebates???? lol.

You could buy a stick of 256 mb ram from crucial.com for less than $50. If you wanted to spend a little more money and buy a stick of 512 mb, it would only cost between $60 and $70. This would allow you to have 768 mb total, which is more than enough to do most basic computer tasks. And the installation is a breeze (it literally clicks in).

Upgrading the hard drive is a bit trickier. But I don't think most folks absolutely need something larger than the 80 gb.

yeah you can get upgrades, or get what just is talking about, both are pretty easy & much less expensive than they once were...this is def a good price considering the lack of rebates!

I was just on BB website and it said if you buy a game you get $10 off a gaming chair. Don't know if that will help any.

fyi, with the games in the ad that say 2/$30, you dont necessarily have to buy 2...i got call of duty 1 for ps2, reg $19.99, for $15, plus i had a $5 off coupon, so i got it for the price it was on bf when it was sold out everywhere! :lolrun:
