I had ordered mine around 12:30 and within 5 min. I received a confirmation #. The email said to check the status of my order 1 hour after placing my order to see if cleared through. I tried everything and it kept saying that there was no order placed under my email address. I tried pretty much everything so ended up calling them (1-800-311-5393). I spoke with David and he asked me my name and address and to my surprise he said that they are only waiting for the charge to go through my Zales cc and it should be shipped as soon as possible. Now I can sleep peacefully!! My recommendation is to call about your orders!!

As far as the charges showing up, they do not go through until the item has been shipped. In the case of my order, the shipping status did not show until the next morning (their system probably updates after Midnight). As a matter of fact, it was only an hour after I saw that my order had shipped, that Fed Ex was ringing my doorbell. :)

Mine was delivered today but I was at work so they didn't leave it. They require signature upon delivery and won't let you leave the door tag signed.

So cool that it worked for me, but not cool that now I have to go across the city to pick it up as I WORK during the day.

Yes but when you C&P your order number from your email, make sure there isn't a space after your order number or it won't work.

People who got the package already, where was it originated from? I called FedEx and was told to expect a package from Texas on Monday. They wouldn't tell me the tracking number or who sent it, so I'm not entirely sure if it's from Zales or from someone else. Thanks in advance for the help.

wright1baby, the number for FedEx is 1-800-463-3339. I would call them if I were you, and check on the status. No confirmation code is needed. Just give them your address, and when the package was shipped ( Dec 7th, I told them) and you should be good to go.

Oh thank goodness somebody else was not happy with their earrings! I felt so ugly scoffing at free (almost) earings but I just can't give them to my mom. The box says Zales but the earrings say -- well, I was going to say K-Mart but I have gotten nicer earrings from them :lmao:
