Chipotle Mexican Grill (http://www.chipotle.com/default.asp?go=find) is giving a free burrito today to anyone who brings in $5 or two nonperishable food items to donate for National Hunger Awareness Day.
Last year, the St. Cloud Chipotle raised 2,786 pounds of food for the Caritas Emergency Services Food Shelf. Monetary donations from the Whole Lotta Love food drive go to Hunger Solutions Minnesota to be distributed to food shelves statewide as needed. Chipotle will match the cash donations up to $25,000.
Last year's drive statewide raised more than 50,000 pounds of food and $50,000.
