Yeah, usually those Dell-branded accessories are not eligible for coupons.

What you might try to do is see if someone who is going to order the 20GB Dell DJ for $179 (http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=2309) today would be willing to add the FM tuner for +$29 and then sell it to you for that price (plus a small shipping charge)
