This is from Corsair $33 for the 256MB stick if you got the 256. They have the 512MB too. . . You can search yourself for compatible brands at

I'm not sure that it matters on that model, but I would stick with the same size of memory and brand if possible. HP most likely switches out vendors but Crucial has supplied major vendors like HP and Dell in the past and probably will continue to do so. I use Corsair Value in my AMD Athlon 64 system w/o problems for about 6 months, normally its rated pretty well.
