shanni 11-29-2005, 7:28 AM Great deal, too bad I don't know anyone that needs one! I could get one and watch my husbands face turn chalk white, he would think it was for us.

fraziersims 11-29-2005, 10:13 AM Great find! I'm due in April, and have been wanting one. :) Of course that means less Christmas money for someone else's present. Oh well....

I know lots of new mommies that can use this, including myself :D

I think I'll buy the trailer for Luke. I bought a seat that attaches to a bike, but it doesn't fit mine very well.
The stroller is now OOS, btw. I got one, and then decided to get another for a friend, but they were then OOS.
Lyricsmama 11-29-2005, 11:59 AM :( The Instep Stroller is sold out now :(
sgnelson 11-29-2005, 1:39 PM I'm so sad that the strollers are OOS!!! I REALLY could have used one at that great price:(
Thanks for the great find, though.
fairydustcrissy 11-29-2005, 1:45 PM Man!!! I really need a stroller, and that would have been perfect. I'm sure those of us who actually want to use it will be seeing plenty of them on Ebay......
AndreaInNC 11-29-2005, 1:51 PM The stroller is still showing available .. might want to try again ..
Lyricsmama 11-29-2005, 1:58 PM The stroller is still showing available .. might want to try again ..

jamesave 11-29-2005, 2:17 PM OOS again :(
would this available at their b&m store?
msomnipotent 11-29-2005, 2:45 PM I just ordered it without any problems. Thanks a lot if this works! I have been looking for one since before my baby was born and couldn't justify paying $150 for it. I couldn't even find one cheaper than this at a garage sale!
sumertime 11-29-2005, 3:24 PM Did anyone get the email with the rebate for free shipping? I received a confirmation email, but it didn't mention anything about the rebate.
fairydustcrissy 11-29-2005, 3:28 PM Still OOS for me :(
ramona1992 11-29-2005, 3:30 PM I didn't get an email for the rebate.
msomnipotent 11-29-2005, 4:26 PM It might come with the 2nd email. They said they will send another email when it is shipped.
Frieked 11-29-2005, 4:28 PM Temporarily out of stock for delivery.

I got so excited about all the new snow. :) I'll have some good pics to change to, once I put them on my computer.
VTmommy 11-29-2005, 11:28 PM Darn! Saw this too late. The jogging stroller was not even listed on sale for me and the bike trailer was on the list, but OOS when I clicked on it. Bummer, as we were looking for both to use with our 5-month-old!

ramona1992 11-30-2005, 1:17 PM I got the same.
Checkster2 11-30-2005, 1:41 PM Oh man! That really stinks they did that to you guys! I just checked my order status and mine seemed to go through for both that I ordered at the web sale price they originally listed. I'm so sorry for you guys. I would complain to the store and maybe they will give you an extra discount on something? They did that for me in the past.
Mine has not been cancelled, at this point.:crossfing
sinatra 11-30-2005, 2:18 PM Mine has not been cancelled, at this point.:crossfing
I just checked the web site and it still says that my order is "processing." The e-mail says the order is cancelled. The web site probably has not caught up with the cancellations yet.
I would be interested in knowing if anyone actually receives the items at the original low price. Then I probably would complain and see if they send a coupon or something.
msomnipotent 11-30-2005, 2:26 PM I haven't received anything from Sears yet to say it was cancelled. I will be very disappointed if they did cancel on me. No nonsense cancelled my order for no reason, though!
solenita 11-30-2005, 3:19 PM Mine still says processing, but I got the cancel email.
alimfp 11-30-2005, 5:22 PM Same here, cancelled.
So silly as well because $129 is NOT a sale price!!!!
I ordered the bike trailer the other day thanks to someone posting it and got this email tonight...

Yes, most everyones orders were cancelled. When doing such great deals, you take that risk. This happens many times, but occasionally you get that awesome deal that goes through. Don't fret.
allen6192 12-1-2005, 7:21 PM Is there any way we can force them to accept this sale price. I think maybe we could claim false advertising.

Not possible. Read the terms on their site. They state in so many words that they have the right to cancel orders for any reason at all. You agree to this term when you submit your order.
I couldn't find that part on the site...but I noticed how quick they were to mention it...lol
It just seems to me that if your site advertises a sale price, and you order and get a confirmation, they should honor it and suck up the error on their side of the coin, kwim? Ok, so the website was wrong...but screw the customer b/c of it?!
msomnipotent 12-1-2005, 7:44 PM I got my cancellation notice just a bit ago. Jerks!! They were pretty blunt about the whole thing. Not even a "so sorry"!!!

I understand, I do. I guess I am used to deals like these being cancelled because I've been doing them for 7-8 years or so.
But that's why they have the terms on their site, to cover their behinds. If merchants honored every mistake, some would be out of business by now probably. And since you didn't lose anything (yes, we lost a good deal, but we didn't lose money), then it's not a huge deal to them I don't believe.
Yes, a sorry would have been nice at least.
so this is weird -- two hours ago it said "processing" and now it says "processed" -- all looks normal...wonder if two hours from now it will say "cancelled!!!" -- lol
ramona1992 12-2-2005, 7:31 PM Did anyone get an email saying theirs was shipped? Did you use a Sears card?
ramona1992 12-2-2005, 7:40 PM Thanks! - I couldn't find the original thread. :)
No email saying shipped.
Yesterday mine said processing on the order status page, today it says processed. Hmm.
ShopperMom 12-2-2005, 7:54 PM Just curious why they would cancel some of the orders and process some of them?
Some may have gotten through accidentally and they were too late to cancel. Not sure why it happens but it does quite often with hot deals like this. Once they catch it, they seem to cancel as many as they can without a huge hassle.
ramona1992 12-2-2005, 8:00 PM The people I have talked to that got emails saying theirs was shipped paid with a Sears card. I'm wondering if that's the key. That's why I asked.
sumertime 12-3-2005, 7:53 AM My bike trailer was here when I got home from work today!! I was so stinking excited. I never received a cancellation email, or a shipped one, but there it was. Now, do I take things a step farther and demand my free shipping?
bamaeagle 12-3-2005, 8:48 AM Be careful. I too got a shipping confirmation. It should be here Monday. I called because I was afraid of being charged the 129.They told me to refuse it or eventually when they catch it I will be charged the full price. I am so angry. We are having to do all the work for their two mistakes(wrong price, shipping). After this I will never order from them again.

That stinks!! I just checked my CC online and they charged and credited my account. No one was here to refuse the shipment, so now what? I guess that when they charge the full amount, I'll just go to my CC company and have them deal with it??
sumertime 12-3-2005, 9:15 AM sorry, repeat post
bamaeagle 12-3-2005, 9:34 AM They told me if I wasn't there when it was delivered to call and they would arrange pickup. I just don't want to be charged the full price. I don't need it that bad
They can't turn around and charge you full price when you AGREED and virtually signed for the $45 (or however much). That is such crap. Sorry but it is and they are full of it.
That said, I checked my status and mine now says cancelled. Figures. I find a great use for this and MINE is cancelled.

Sounds like a bluff. They legally can NOT charge your CC more than you agreed to allow them charge. They can cancel your order and refund your money but one they have billed you and you have recieved the item the transaction is complete and I would call the CC company if they tried to charge more. Glad you got your awsome deal on the stroller
