Yes as it seems every store's PM policy is different.

Ask to speak with a MANAGER and write down the date, time and their name.

No, there is an article on Reuters that states they will pm on bf. If you go to reuters . com, and search for Wal Mart, you can find the article

Always call any store to confirm their policies. Store to store, even the same chain, can have different rules depending on the manager. So yes, call and get the name of the person (preferably a manager) that you speak with!

And no, generally speaking, most Targets do not PM.

According to the nationwide PR blitz they have launched, they are heavily promoting that they will match competitors prices. As for the fine print or exceptions, you might still want to call your local store to be safe.
