Just an FYI:
You can usually get a Child Safety Kit just by asking your local police. It usually includes a fingerprint kit, identification sheet, a place to stick a photo, and info on teaching your child about stranger safety. There is also usually some info that you can submit to the police to keep on file if you wish.
