Ok here it what I am looking for.

Basically something tiny that I can use to listen to Stern on the way in on the LIRR. Hek, if it has mp3 on it too whoopie!

I dont want to pay more than $39.95 :D

They had a Panasonic MP3 for $40'ish, not sure if it had FM Tuner or not.

If you just need FM, I'd go with something cheap like this:

Order 2 and get free shipping (and have one for a backup - the quality isn't going to be the greatest at that price) No MP3, but what do you expect for $13? lol

If you want something better, go with something like a Sangean (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000066R6M). I've had a little radio from them for about 5 years now. Works great, great reception, excellent battery life.
