The Promotion begins on September 12, 2005 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on October 31, 2005 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
