1. TO ENTER: Contest begins 10/27/09 and ends 11/25/09 (“Contest Period”). During the Contest Period (i.e., from 12:01 a.m. CDT on 10/27/09 to 11:59 p.m. CST on 11/25/09), access the online entry form by going to www.justinboots.com, clicking on the Justin Boots “MusicFestTM Giveaway Getaway” Contest banner and then completing and submitting the entry form. Entry Limitations: Information required on the entry form consists of: your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, city, state, and zip code of residence. You must have a valid e-mail address to participate in the Contest. You will also be asked whether you wish to opt-in to receive e-mails from Justin Brands, Inc. You are NOT required to opt-in to receive e-mails from Justin Brands, Inc., and your decision whether or not to do so will NOT affect your chances of winning. Limit: one entry per person/e-mail address. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the above entry limitation or who otherwise violates these Official Rules will be disqualified. No form of entry other than as specified herein will be accepted. 2. DRAWINGS. Winner will be selected via random drawing on or about 12/1/09. The winner will be selected by random query from a database of all Contest entrants. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. PRIZE: Six (6) day / five (5) night trip for 2 to attend The MusicFestTM at Steamboat, Colorado, January 4 through 9, 2010. Each trip will consist of roundtrip coach air travel to Steamboat or Denver, Colorado from major commercial airport in the contiguous 48 United States nearest winner’s residence (unless winner resides within approximately 150 miles of Steamboat, as determined by Justin Brands, Inc. in its sole discretion, in which case ground transportation will be provided instead of air travel and winner will not receive any compensation in conjunction with such substitution); 5-nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy); 2 four (4) full-day lift tickets, and 2 passes to the MusicFestTM; plus 2 pair his or hers non-exotic boots from the Justin Bent Rail collection. The prize recipient must select from standard existing sizes/widths of the respective product. Boots will not be customized. Trip is subject to availability and certain other restrictions apply. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary (as set by Justin Brands, Inc., in its sole discretion). Expenses and incidentals not mentioned herein are winner’s sole responsibility. Winner must take trip at dates/times of Justin Brands, Inc. sole choosing so as to attend The 2010 MusicFestTM at Steamboat January 4 through 9, 2010; if winner is unable to travel at such dates/times, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected (from among all remaining eligible entries received). Approximate Retail Value of prize: $2,500 US.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail approximately (2) days after drawing and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within (2) days of notification date. Failure of potential winner to comply with this requirement or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification with an alternate winner being selected. Guest accompanying each winner must be 18 or over and will also be required to complete, sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. No prize substitutions allowed except by Justin Brands, Inc. which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if advertised prize/prize component becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules as well as the decisions of Justin Brands, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects. By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice and other indicia of identity for advertising/trade/publicity purposes in connection with this Contest or other promotions that may be offered by Justin Brands, Inc. without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
