Toy Book Pricing vs. BF pricing

Is the pricing in the toy book generally the same deal that TRU has on BF or do they run these items on sale further?

The BF sales are sometimes the same but usually on different toys. They also run promos with sale prices even lower than what is in the toybook

From what I remember, the discounts in the BF ad are usually deeper than the toy book. Most of the doorbusters are of the 50% off variety where the toy book usually is full of smaller discounts and many items are advertised at their regular prices in there as well - not the case with the BF ad.

I thought I heard in previous years that those items in the toy book are not on sale on BF.
