Ok, this might be a little esoteric but I'm trying to find some stainless steel prep tables for the school I work for. Its a non-profit special-ed school so we're always doing things on a shoestring. I need to get a couple 24"x60" tables, used would be fine as well.

I checked my local craigslist, nada. Best I can do locally is $155/table new at a place I can pick up from to avoid shipping charges. Any ideas on where I could find some cheaper?

School is in Alameda, CA (SF bay area) so picking up things in say. . .Grand Rapids, MI isn't too likely to happen.

This is the kind of table I'm looking for:

Thanks,

Nothing's too odd for us here. :D

Do you have a Sam's Club membership? Check this one (http://www.samsclub.com/eclub/main_shopping.jsp?mt=a&n=0&coe=0&oidPath=0%3A-23542%3A-25822%3A-41015%3A959126) out ($112.12).

Yeah, I've checked the local rest. supply stores, thats where I'm finding em for $155-160.

I'll check out freecycle.org though, thanks for the suggestion.

i-bystander, thats a good price its a shame they dont sell a larger version: I'd need 3 to fill the space which would put me over the price of 2 60"s
