Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for 2 to New York City (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of the following, each as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion: accommodations at a luxurious hotel (single room/double occupancy); Round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport in or near New York (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); meals and drinks at the hottest local spots (total cost not to exceed one thousand eight hundred and fifteen dollars ($1815) as allocated by Sponsor in its sole discretion); rejuvenating spa treatments at Shibui Spa; a one thousand dollar ($1,000) gift card to Links of London; a one thousand ($1000) dollar gift card to Thomas Pink; private VIP tours of the High Line and MOMA, and passes to The Whitney Museum, the Guggenheim Museum, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
All details of the Trip shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Trip is twenty thousand fifty-two dollars ($20,052). The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Actual retail value of Grand Prize may vary depending on the point of departure, point of arrival, fare fluctuation for the Trip and fluctuations in cost for itinerary items. Any difference between stated ARV and actual ARV will not be awarded.
