Christmas shopping is usually my main objective of BF, but no matter how much I get, I always continue to buy more presents right up until the week before Christmas. So by the time December 25 actually rolls around, my BF purchases only make up maybe 40% of my total number of gifts. How about everyone else?

BF is when I try to FINISH my shopping. Usually about 50%

This year I am 99.9% done already I just have a few key things to get.

Ideally I'd do all my Christmas shopping on BF, but I don't tend to have enough money for that. Plus sometimes there simply aren't deals for things various family members would want. But I do as much as I can. Well over half, that's for sure.

I already have a few things, but I have an idea that about 30-40% of my shopping will get done with BF sales.

I would be, too, if I wasn't deluged with birthdays in the months before Christmas LOL.

I get the rest of mine done that day....I do all hubbys that day since he is not with me....I have already got like 10 gifts already stored away...lol

About 50% for the "loss leaders" on BF morning.

The remaining 50% I like to take my time, in other words Christmas Eve ;)

I start shopping the clearance sales after the holidays for the next year. But, tastes can change over a year, so 50% - 75% of my shopping still tends to get done on BF.

The only thing I really don't finish on BF is stocking stuffers.

I would say about 25% off my shopping is done on Black Friday. I shop all year and just get the few great deals on BF.

I am planning on getting about 30% to 40% of my Christmas shoppping completed on BF this year. I already have about 50% done right now.

That way I will only have minimal shopping left to accomplish during the early weeks of December.

That's the plan anyway - we'll see what reality (and my paychecks) brings...

I enjoy doing almost all of my Christmas shopping on BF. It is my mission to be 90% started and finished on that day!

I am almost done with my Christmas shopping this year! Thank goodness. But my daughter is a funny age, where I don't dare buy stuff too early for her, as she may not like it in 2 months (she's hitting her tweens). So I'll probably get her a little something special this year. usually I just get deals for me though! Heh heh.

I do about 95% of my shopping on Black Friday, thanks to getting the ads several weeks before the event so that I can know what to get who. I have started some shopping already and I know that I will still do a little shopping the week before, because that's when the BX usually has major markdowns and lots of indoor specials. :greenappl:

I usually get about 50% of my shopping done on BF. I then shop up until a couple days before christmas. I just love being in the hussle and bussle of Christmas shopping :D

I'd say 50-75% of my shopping is done on BF. Unfortunately only about 5% is done before BF and the remaining is done between BF and the weekend before Christmas. I usually run out of money on BF and have to budget the rest on the gifts in within the next few weeks after.

I'd say about 50% of my shopping is done on BF. I have several coupons right now for Bath and Body works I may head ther this weekend since they are only good for the next week or so.

I would love to get it all done that day. However, past president has shown that I usually get a little less than half done that day.

BF is great for the guys in the family (and me too, I love technology and gadgets!!) but for the other women, it usually takes more time and trips to specialty stores (or internet shopping). My mom, grandmas and sister aren't really interested in video games, etc. :insane:

I try to get as much of my shopping done that day as I can. All depends on what they have on sale & who I have to buy for. As the years are passing it is getting fewer & fewer I have to buy for so dont have to worry too too much on what to get.

I am really done with Christmas shopping basically.....I use bf for those great deals and unexpected gifts......of course..somethings like...gamboy sp for $48..Ill buy it if I can reach it..lol. I have one on layaway for my 7 yr old because her sisters already have one....so Ill trade out if I'm lucky enought o get one that cheap on BF

I only have like 5 things already for Christmas. I get about half of my shopping done on BF. And it never fails I am out on Christmas eve buying that one last present for somebody I forgot about. I guess that is a tradition with me.

Im basically done with everything on BF...after that i just run to the stores for the atmosphere and stocking stuffers.

I like to do as much as possible on BF. BUT I always forget someone and end up doing it last minute

I shop all year long. Especially at Target when they have the huge toy clearance after christmas. My bedroom closet looks like a toy store. When I see a deal I buy it. It has been really nice when you get those last minute invitations to a birthday party and my daughter always has tons of presents under the tree. I still do about 25% of my christmas shopping on BF.

I usually have some things bought before BF but not the most wanted gifts. I keep checking the ads but so far I have not bought much. My mom wants one of those Smart pot Crock pots so I am looking. Some people I just look it the BF ads and decide what to get that day.

around 90% thats only cause i tend to forget some things or simply dont find them.

That's a tough one for me. It just depends on what deals I can find and how much moola I have. Hopefully I can get at least the big stuff out of the way.

I usually start christmas shopping in July right after my son's birthday but I start birthday shopping 2 days after christmas so I have like 6 months to shop in between but I get a lot of last minute things on BF

I used to go out every BF (when I wasn't working). These days, it's just way too busy and I usually can't get anyone to watch my daughter anyway. I just try to get what I can online from the ads or maybe go to a couple of the less popular stores that still have decent ads.

If I was already done with X-mas shopping, I'd still go on BF ..LoL.
I use BF for about 25-30 % of my shopping. I generally start shopping for the next year after x-mas..LoL..just throughout the year when there's a real good sale, I'll pick something up to put up for Christmas.
Black Friday, there's always items that make good "addition to" presents (like the Care Bears and Board games at Walmart this year), for me. I never really went for any big ticket items (unless the big items were a "requested" present that year and I hadn't already bought it), so I never really had to worry about that (yet..lol)

This is the big day for me.

I always go out early in the morning to get the good deals, then I shop around to pick up the other items on my list. Then when I get home, I buy the remainder of the stuff I need online. I get it all done in one day.

I finish up my christmans shopping on BF I shop all year around because I have a big family but while BF is the beginning for everone else it is my last
