1.2 Ghz AMD Athlon,
40 GB HardDisk
14-15 inches
CDRW
DVD Read
512 MB RAM
It should have Infrared.


Rest I dont care.

But I dint find any deal <= 500$

Sorry,

I think AMD Athlon is better and cheaper than Intel Celeron.
I saw in walmart couple of days back for 498$ but that offer is gone now :-(.
