RULES:
When there is 16 riders the train will be split

Light Cargo Train “Rules Of The Ride”:

1. Send to the person below you on the train list included in each envelope.

2. Take out as many coupons as you want, but be sure to replace them with the same number of coupons.

3. Do not put expired or very close to expiring coupons into the envelope. Meaning if coupons expire on June 30th, please remove by June 20th. A good rule of thumb is~close to expiring~means within 2 weeks. If you would like to keep the expireds in, they are to be extra weight and not counted in the total coupons in envelope.

4. Please do not flood the envelope with coupon duplicates. No more than 3 of the same coupon.

5. If you no longer wish to be in a train, please cross your name off the list and PM me (paytonroxler).

6. You have 2 days to go through the envelope and decide which coupons you are taking/replacing.

7. Post to this thread when you receive the Train and again when it is going out. This helps all riders track the train. Please make a habit of doing this. If you have to, subscribe to this thread that way you receive emails to remind you. This is how we keep track of where each of the trains are.

8. This is a Circle Track Train, so the last person on the list will send the first.

9. If 2 Trains become missing at your stop without explanation you will be off the Coupon Train, you will be removed from the lists and not be allowed to participate in other Trains.

10. NO Prilosec or Nexium coupons allowed! Also, lets keep the photo coupons and diaper.com coupons out of the trains. most everyone has access to these and unless they ask, lets leave them out.

11. If there are coupons that you need or would like to see, please post so we know to add those to the trains.

Okay~I know it's not the best~~I'll get better.

Anyway,This is a rough list. If something is incorrect or if you know where one of these trains are that have ?????~just let me know. As I said, correct me~~if need be~~so I can get a grip on these trains.

Also, everyone please be extra careful with the postage. Here is a post off of another train that I wanted everyone to read:



I just got back from the PO and want to tell you all something:

Over the last 3 weeks or so the mailman has rang the bell and told me I had postage due. Today I had 3 items that had postage due..the smallest was 3 cents. I went to the Post Office and asked what was going on since all were meter stamped. I was told that the PO has been told to crack down on postage due when people are using the machines. We do not have these at my PO so I am not sure how they are used but she told me people are not choosing the right size envi and type of mail and something else which I have forgotten...maybe that makes sense to some of you. She also said that starting March 1st anything that is metered by the machines will be checked at the delivering PO. The one for 3 cents was a card from our grandson ( a drawing he did) my daughter took it to the PO and they weighed and stamped it, so go figure that one.

Thought I would pass that on.

I rev'd 2, 7, 8, 11 and another one labeled 7 that could have been a 1.
rev'd them all today. They were postmarked 3/10 and 3/11

2, 7, 8 will be mailed to Maria on Monday.

Sorry have been putting in a lot of hours we are short handed and right now after taking a short vacation I can not turn the time down....

rev'd 1,9,10 and 4. all of them were slam full of expire 3/31/09 coupons. 4 only had 5 coupons in it that was not 3/31/09 expires.

I see trains that have been to at least one or more persons who DID NOT POST!! I will start sending warnings on this. YOU MUST POST TO STAY ON THIS TRAIN!! If this is a problem for you, please ask to be removed. I can't do my job if you guys don't use the board to communicate what is going on!!

Everyone who currently has a train~~put a note next to Bethany's name that she is on hold. Don't cross her name off~just put a note to the side.

I currently have 4 trains that I rec'd yesterday.

Also, I think with so few riders that it might not be a bad idea to cut back on these trains. With Bethany taking a break, that leaves us with 5 riders. Let me know what you guys think.

Okay guys, first of all, EVERYONE make sure that your rider list(if you have a train) has a note next to Bethany to skip that she is on break. The other thing. I have pm'ed Caitlin. she is no longer on the other trains and I have not heard from her lately. So, everyone, please skip her until I find out what is going on.

Train #9 went to her yesterday, Friday, 4/10. So, let's see what happens with that before anymore trains are mailed her way.

Train #4 is on it's way to Kim, sent Friday, 4/10.

I had mentioned cutting back on the number of trains, now with Caitlin being a question we may be down to 4 riders. I WILL be combining some trains. I will let you know as I do this. I think maybe 6 trains or so would be enough. Any thoughts on this? Also, when we cut back on the number of trains, I am going to add a Mix train and a reverse train just to spice things up a bit. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Okay, well, I didn't get any feedback about combining the trains~which is no biggie. I think it is probably okay that I combine some of these trains. So, I rec'd Trains #2 & #13 yesterday. I mailed them out today. But I combined them into a single TRAIN #2. Also, please watch the expiration dates. I pulled lots of coupons that expire on 4/18 from both trains. I rec'd these on 4/14; so, there should not have been anything so close in there. Just a note for everyone.

Train #2 was mailed to CocoaDiva on Wednesday, April 15th!

I think merging some of the trains sounds like a good idea. With the number of us on the train. I think we could cut down the numbers going because sometimes I get two or three in one day where they have bogged down along the line

Okay, I think I got it straight. I need to hear back from you guys! If I posted a question for you~I would appreciate an answer. I cannot run this train without communication from you guys. If I cannot get co-operation then I will pass conductor on to someone else(if anyone even wants it!) or just shut the train down all together. I am not trying to be pushy; but, I am just as busy as everyone else. And, it's not fair for me to try and run a train with a TOTAL lack of communication, people not posting, people deciding they are done riding but don't tell us til they have 3, 4, 5 trains and so on. So, once again, if you do not follow the rules~YOU WILL BE REMOVED~THIS IS THE LAST WARNING ON THIS!! I will not warn ANYMORE~I WILL JUST REMOVE YOU!! I would rather have 2 riders following rules than 10 riders and no one following the rules. And, again, if NO ONE FOLLOWS THE RULES~I will shut it down. If I cannot get co-operation then I will pass conductor on to someone else(if anyone even wants it!) or just shut the train down all together. A couple of things~~i would like EVERYONE to watch expiration dates~~there are a LOT of CLOSE or expired in each and every train that I have gotten.

Another thing, I would like to do a wish list again for everyone. We did one but it has been awhile. So, start getting a wish list together and pm me with your list when you can~please.

Third, I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE TO SEE TRAINS THAT ARE UNDER 1 oz~~AND/OR~~filled with meds!! If you want Q's for meds and non-food items and such, please be sure to include that in your wish list.

Also, if you would like certain restaurant, etc., type of q's~~be sure to include in your wish lisst.

In the meantime, DO NOT PUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN FOOD Q's in the trains, when the wish lists are complete, you may start adding these q's again(IF REQUESTED).

If you receive a train with any of these items, please pm me and let me know who sent it to you. It is EVERYONE's personal responsiblilty to TAKE OUT EXPIREDS(right now there should NOT be ANYTHING EARLIER than 5/20.

I keep getting trains that are FULL of meds and expireds. I did not take on conductor so that I could be solely responsible for re-vamping the trains. Since i have taken over, I have not rec'd a train that was in good enough condition to take any. I have only had the opportunity to pull expireds and meds and such and replace them!!

Riders are more than welcome to ride other trains. Most of the riders on this train(if not all) do not ride other trains. I will not combine this train with the others. I would like this to work. I just need the co-operation of riders. If I can't get co-operation and people to follow the rules, the train will just be shut down. Then if each rider is interested in trying another train, then that is on that person. But, all trains have rules that must be followed and POSTING is one of the biggest KIM.

Anyway, we can give it a try with these 4 riders(as long as the other 3 of you want to do this). Buckaboo says she does. I know I do. So, Kandy and Gina, let me know what you guys wish for the train.

RULES:
When there is 16 riders the train will be split

Light Cargo Train “Rules Of The Ride”:

1. Send to the person below you on the train list included in each envelope.

2. Take out as many coupons as you want, but be sure to replace them with the same number of coupons.

3. Do not put expired or very close to expiring coupons into the envelope. Meaning if coupons expire on June 30th, please remove by June 20th. A good rule of thumb is~close to expiring~means within 2 weeks. If you would like to keep the expireds in, they are to be extra weight and not counted in the total coupons in envelope.

4. Please do not flood the envelope with coupon duplicates. No more than 3 of the same coupon.

5. If you no longer wish to be in a train, please cross your name off the list and PM me (paytonroxler).

6. You have 2 days to go through the envelope and decide which coupons you are taking/replacing.

7. Post to this thread when you receive the Train and again when it is going out. This helps all riders track the train. Please make a habit of doing this. If you have to, subscribe to this thread that way you receive emails to remind you. This is how we keep track of where each of the trains are.

8. This is a Circle Track Train, so the last person on the list will send the first.

9. If 2 Trains become missing at your stop without explanation you will be off the Coupon Train, you will be removed from the lists and not be allowed to participate in other Trains.

10. NO Prilosec or Nexium coupons allowed! Also, lets keep the photo coupons and diaper.com coupons out of the trains. most everyone has access to these and unless they ask, lets leave them out.

11. If there are coupons that you need or would like to see, please post so we know to add those to the trains.

Don't worry. I believe you. I haven't had any problems with you as a rider, but, those accusing are the rider(s) where there has been an issue in the past. And more than once! So, don't worry Rebecca. All is good.

Also, sneakers will be joining 2 of our trains. I will add her in as I receive trains. She is a great rider and conductor of the East train. Most of you know her(if not all of you). She will be a real asset to our train. So, everyone give her a big welcome!!

Also, everyone, please keep up with your posts. Because, I have a feeling we may lose a few trains until Kim is removed from all trains. So, I want everyone to post and keep up with the trains until I can see what is still around and what is gone/lost. On that note, if you have a train please be sure to cross CG480 off of all trains. She is no longer a rider.

Things have been so very busy and will get even more starting Monday, so I hope I can take a break for a bit and start up again when things calm down some, or I learn to prioritize better :)

I received trains #4, #5 and #10 yesterday. I will be mailing them out today, Saturday, 6/20. I will post who they are mailed to shortly.

My mail box was full today. I got 10 and 3 others I dont have them right here. I will list.. 10 had a post mark of like 5/16....but I just got it.

Also, everyone, WE HAVE A NEW RIDER!! Her screen name is lilydud123. I have added her name to the train lists. The trains that I was going to mail on Saturday will be going out on Monday instead because I re-did the llists.

I wanted to spread these out a little. So, sneakers was added to train #2 on 6/11. I have now also added her to #4. I mailed #4 to Darlene.

That would be fine with me. This train has been struggling for a LONG TIME NOW> This train was struggling before Bethany handed it over. I think that was part of the reason she handed it over. She had so much other stuff going on and then this thing!!

Okay, for the few of you left,as you have read, this train will be dissolved. I think it is best to use the energy wasted on this train to make the other trains just a little better.
