Target Free Shipping Code - Found One That's Expired

Now I didn't think Target EVER had Free Shipping codes but I found one and when I put it in it says - "Code Expired". Which makes me think it was valid at one point?? So my question is, is there really such a thing as Target Free Shipping Code and what exactly is it? Do they send those out through e-mail or how would one go about getting one of these??

If there is one available, it should be available to anyone. Target does have them occasionally, most require a minimum purchase. There was a day before Christmas when close to everything shipped free.

Just do a search in the coupons area of this site, if you can't find it there, google it. If there's one available, it will come up.
