Do not use if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), or ay other dietary supplement and/or over the counter drug containing ephedrine, caffeine,
pseudoephedrin, or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in certain decongestant, allergy asthma, cold/cough, and weight control products), or ant other ephedrine group alkaloid, or other ingredients that have a known stimulant effect. One serving of this product contains about 150 mg of total methylxanthines (including caffeine), the amount typically found in a 5 oz. cup of coffee. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine (i.e. tea,
coffee and cola beverages). Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, or occasionally, rapid heartbeat in some individuals.
Do not use during strenuous activity in high-temperature conditions. Use only as directed. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing orbreathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
