We have 3 stand alone chick fil a's --no mall needed :-) 2 of my band kids work there and the owner is a real sweetie who always donates food or gives it to us at a great price.

I lay no claim to that mall. In the past 3 years, I think the most I've been in it is to run into the tool section of Sears and leave. Never more than 100' from the door. :D
