LOL I don't think it's that members don't think it's a good deal. I think it has more to do with the fact that so many of us ordered the Zen through TRU and are hoping it will actually come in.

Although I'm wondering if I shouldn't just go ahead and order another mp3 player just incase the TRU one doesn't come in on time. UGH decisions, decisions

You can skip past songs you don't like, but it's just "random play". The Apple Shuffle is the same way.

^^ the 4GB MuVo ISNT a refurb, the one Kren bought was a 1GB refurb.....personally you get more storage w/the 4GB and its new....refurbs are scarey.

My son is 9 and I bought hime a Archos 405 last year but again it was $100+. Honestly if you can do without the screen (and to find a NEW one with a screen under say $50 is going to be difficult) this 4GB MuVo isnt a bad deal. A comparable Ipod Shuffle (no screen) @<hidden> 2GB is $60+. Hope this helps....

Honestly, given the thing's complete lack of moving parts, a refurb is probably not that risky.
