On Black Friday, Best Buy is going to have the Sansa Clip 4gb for $34.99 (I paid $79.99 originally).

Several places are going to have the 4GB and 8GB Sansa Fuze player on sale on BF.

I've been extremely happy with my Sansa MP3 player.

I am hoping to get two of the Sansa Fuze on BF. The reviews I read were good.

does the Sansa work with Itunes? We have been using IPODs and have purchased lots of songs. Is there an easy way to convert them all to MP3 format so they can be transfered to the Sansa? The only way I know is to burn them to a CD. I was thinking of getting the wife a MP3 player and would consider the Sansa.

The only devices that work with Itunes are Ipods. That's it.

You would need to record to CD and then re-rip the songs as MP3s.

The 4G Zunes are 99.99. I just got one for my daughter's bday. My son has an Ipod & a Zune. He says that if you burn the I tunes onto a disk it's easy to load them onto the Zune. I'm not sure of the process, but I don't think it'll be too hard. What tipped us to the Zune was the radio feature. GL

The Sansa players have a built-in radio too.

It's Apple that refuses to add a radio, for unknown reasons.

Right now Wal-Mart has a Sony Walkman mp3 player with 2" screen, very good deal, I think 2 GB for $39.99. The only thing, it is pink.

On Thanksgiving Day,Meijer (I see you're in Michigan,so you should have a Meijer store) will be offering the 8GB Ipod Nano for $150 less $50 in rebate (final price $100). HTH!

We have had Sandisk mp3 players and love them. My 12 yo son will be getting the 4g Fuze for Christmas if I can get one from one of the sales. We like that they are compatible with Napster and most other music sites, except of course, itunes. I usually also include a Napster card in their stockings.

I love my Ipod Shuffle! Soo easy to use and clips on my vest or pocket. Great for working out because it is small, weights next to nothing and doesn't bounce around. 1gb is $49.99 and 2 gb is $69.99

Apple has free shipping on the shuffle and free engraving too! And I love the colors! I have the bright pink 2gb shuffle and I picked up some iLuv ear buds in the same pink color at Marshalls for $5.99. The ipod ear buds were just a little too big for my little ears and the iLuv set came with 3 different sizes.

Can you watch movies on the Sansa Fuze 4g? I see where it says watch "video clips" but can you actually watch a movie? I wouldn't want to on a 2" screen but my 12 yr old probably would want to.

The Fuze can only play MPEG4 video files and only at 20 frames per second (30 frames or faster per second is needed to keep it from being "jerky" in any sort of action sequence).

The View is much better at playing videos, supporting MPEG4, WMV, and H.264 in resolutions of 320 x 240 at 30FPS.
