FOR PERSONS WHO ENTER THE INSTANT WIN GAME THROUGH THIS PROMOTION SITE, THESE RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZE AWARD.
1. Introduction. Mega Shot Instant Win Challenge ("Instant Win Game") is sponsored by ePrize LLC, One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, Michigan 48069 ("Sponsor"). The Instant Win Game may be promoted and accessed via multiple customers of Sponsor ("Promoters") through any number of different Web sites ("Promotion Sites"). The Promoter of this Promotion Site is ePrize. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible plays received during the Promotion Period divided by the number of prizes set forth below. The particular Promotion Site through which a participant accesses the Instant Win Game has no impact on the odds of winning.
ONLY ONE (1) PRIZE PER MONTH AND ONE (1) PRIZE PER DAY WILL BE AWARDED IN THE INSTANT WIN GAME REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF PROMOTION SITES THAT OFFER THE INSTANT WIN GAME.
2. Timing. The Instant Win Game begins on October 1, 2008 at 8:00:01 a.m. United States Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 31, 2009 at 5:00:01 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). For purposes of this Instant Win Game, a "day" is a calendar day in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone, except for the start time of the first day and end time of the last day which are as set forth above. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Instant Win Game. Promoters may promote the Instant Win Game for various time periods in accordance with their agreements with Sponsor. The number of Promoters offering the Instant Win Game through Promotion Sites may vary throughout the Promotion Period.
3. Eligibility. The Instant Win Game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada (excluding Quebec), Mexico and the United Kingdom age 18 and older at the time of entry. Complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once you submit the form, follow the directions to advance to the Instant Win Game page and to play the Instant Win Game. Entrants will be notified immediately by email if they are potential winners of the Instant Win Game and will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Sponsor is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game. 5. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. 6. Instant Win Prize Selection and Verification of Potential Winners: All selected potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and all winnings are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Sponsors decisions as to the administration and operation of the Instant Win Game and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Instant Win Game. There will be One Hundred Eighty-Eight (188) random, computer-generated winning times, one (1) winning time per calendar month for the Grand Prize and one (1) winning time per day for the First Prize, during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated. Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within fourteen (14) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (or Declaration of Compliance, if Canadian, Mexican or UK resident) in order to claim his/her prize and fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. If a Canadian resident, the potential winner of any prize will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize. If the potential winner is a Canadian resident and the question is answered incorrectly, the prize will be forfeited. If a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (or Declaration of Compliance), if applicable, within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. 8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Instant Win Game constitutes winner's consent to the Promoter whose Promotion Site through which the winner entered as well as Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, state/province/territory and country for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Instant Win Game should virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Instant Win Game. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this or any other Instant Win Game or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other Instant Win Game, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's or any Promotion Site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Instant Win Game may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Release. Except for residents of the United Kingdom with respect to claims resulting from death or personal injury, by accepting any Instant Win Game prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and Promoters, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors and officers of these companies ("Released Parties"), are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from winner's participation in the Instant Win Game.
11. Limitations of Liability. Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether or not caused by entrants, language on Promotion Sites, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in conjunction with the Instant Win Game; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Instant Win Game; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Instant Win Game or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Instant Win Game or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Instant Win Game, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Instant Win Game, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
12. Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Instant Win Game, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Instant Win Game or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan, U.S.A.; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Instant Win Game but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 13. Data Collection. Participation in the Instant Win Game implies authorization to transfer personal data to the United States for purposes of administration of the Instant Win Game. Sponsor collects personal information from you when you enter the Instant Win Game. The information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, located at http://www.caffeinenow.com/privacypolicy.html. 8. Publicity. 9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Instant Win Game should virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Instant Win Game. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this or any other Instant Win Game or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other Instant Win Game, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 10. Release. Except for residents of the United Kingdom with respect to claims resulting from death or personal injury, by accepting any Instant Win Game prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and Promoters, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors and officers of these companies ("Released Parties"), are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from winner's participation in the Instant Win Game.
11. Limitations of Liability. Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether or not caused by entrants, language on Promotion Sites, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in conjunction with the Instant Win Game; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Instant Win Game; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Instant Win Game or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Instant Win Game or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 12. Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Instant Win Game, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Instant Win Game or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan, U.S.A.; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Instant Win Game but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. La cantidad de Promotores que ofrecen el Juego con Premio Instantáneo a través de los Sitios de la Promoción podrá variar durante el Período de la Promoción.
3. Elegibilidad. El Juego con Premio Instantáneo está abierto a residentes legales de los 50 estados de los Estados Unidos (incluido el Distrito de Columbia), Canadá (excepto Quebec), México y el Reino Unido, que tengan 18 años o más al momento de participar. Será nulo en Quebec y donde esté prohibido. Los empleados, ejecutivos y directores del Patrocinador y los Promotores, y sus respectivas compañías controlantes, subsidiarias y agentes, así como los familiares directos (que se define como padres, cónyuges, hijos, hermanos y abuelos) de dichos empleados, ejecutivos y directores, y las personas que convivan con ellos no serán elegibles. Al inscribirse, los participantes aceptan acatar estas Reglas Oficiales y las decisiones del Patrocinador, que son definitivas y vinculantes en todo respecto. Se aplican todas las leyes federales, estatales, provinciales y locales aplicables.
4. Para ingresar y jugar. Visite http://promo.caffeinenow.com//alt/tr01iw20070517, cualquier otra página de inicio del Sitio Promocional, o http://promo.caffeinenow.com/alt/tr01iw20081001 y siga los enlaces y las instrucciones para completar el formulario de registro.Es necesario que instale Macromedia Flash Player en su computadora (si es que aún no lo tiene) cuando se le indique. La instalación es gratuita. Complete y envíe el formulario de registro, incluida una dirección particular válida. No se permite el uso de apartados postales. Una vez que envíe el formulario, siga las instrucciones para ingresar a la página del Juego con Premio Instantáneo y jugar. Se notificará inmediatamente por correo electrónico a los participantes si son posibles ganadores del Juego con Premio Instantáneo y se les proporcionarán instrucciones para la validación. Todos los posibles ganadores están sujetos a verificación antes de la entrega del premio. El Patrocinador es responsable del funcionamiento del Juego con Premio Instantáneo. Podrá tener acceso al Juego con Premio Instantáneo a través de todos los Sitios de la Promoción que desee. Si un participante intenta obtener una cantidad de jugadas mayor que la establecida mediante el uso de varias/diferentes direcciones de correo electrónico, identidades, inscripciones y claves de acceso, o por cualquier otro método, las jugadas de ese participante se anularán, y ese participante podrá ser descalificado.
Se prohíbe usar sistemas automáticos para participar. Quedará descalificado si lo hace. El Patrocinador no es responsable de inscripciones extraviadas, tardías, incompletas, inválidas, ininteligibles o enviadas a una dirección incorrecta, las cuales quedarán descalificadas. En caso de surgir una controversia con respecto a cualquier inscripción o jugada, el titular de la cuenta autorizado de la dirección de correo electrónico utilizada para inscribirse se considerará el participante o jugador. Se les podrá solicitar a los posibles ganadores que presenten un comprobante que pruebe que son los titulares de la cuenta autorizados. El "titular de la cuenta autorizado" es la persona natural que recibe una dirección de correo electrónico de un proveedor de servicio de Internet, un proveedor de servicios en línea u otra organización responsable de asignar direcciones de correo electrónico con el dominio asociado con la dirección enviada.
Podrá tener acceso al Juego con Premio Instantáneo a través de más de un Sitio de la Promoción.
5. Todas las posibles jugadas ganadoras estÁn sujetas a la verificaciÓn por parte del Patrocinador, cuyas decisiones son definitivas Y VINCULANTES. Un participante no es ganador de ningún premio, aun cuando el JUEGO CON PREMIO INSTANTÁNEO PUEDA indicarlo, a menos que la elegibilidad del participante y la posible jugada ganadora hayan sido verificadas, y que se haya notificado al participante que la verificaciÓn ha sido completada, y hasta tanto esto suceda. El Patrocinador no aceptarÁ capturas de pantalla ni otra prueba de haber ganado en lugar de su proceso de validaciÓn. Toda jugada que tenga lugar despuÉs de una falla del sistema por cualquier motivo se considerarÁ una jugada defectuosa, la cual serÁ nula y no serÁ aceptada.
6. Selección y verificación de posibles ganadores del Premio Instantáneo.Todos los posibles ganadores seleccionados deberán cumplir con todos los términos y condiciones de estas Reglas Oficiales, y ganar dependerá de que se cumpla con todos los requisitos. Las decisiones de los Patrocinadores con respecto a la administración y la operación del Juego con Premio Instantáneo y la selección de posibles ganadores son definitivas y vinculantes respecto de todas las cuestiones relacionadas con el Juego con Premio Instantáneo. Habrá Cientos ochenta y ocho (188) jugadas ganadoras al azar generadas por computadora, una (1) jugada ganadora por mes calendario para el Premio Mayor y una (1) jugada ganadora por día para el Primer Premio, durante el Período de la Promoción. Si usted es el primer jugador del Juego con Premio Instantáneo en el momento en que se genera una de las jugadas designadas al azar o después, será un posible ganador instantáneo del premio indicado. Salvo en donde esté prohibido, los posibles ganadores del Premio Mayor (o su padre/tutor legal si el ganador es menor en su jurisdicción de residencia) deberán firmar y devolver al Patrocinador, en el plazo de catorce (14) días desde la fecha en que se envía la notificación o intento de notificación, una declaración jurada de elegibilidad y responsabilidad/autorización de publicidad (o Declaración de Cumplimiento, si es residente de Canadá, México o el RU) para reclamar su premio, y deberán cumplir con cualquier otro requisito similar que determine el Administrador. Si es residente de Canadá, el posible ganador de cualquier premio deberá responder correctamente una pregunta de prueba de sus aptitudes en un determinado plazo sin ninguna asistencia para ser elegible para recibir un premio. Si el posible ganador es residente de Canadá y responde la pregunta de manera incorrecta, perderá el premio. Si fuera imposible comunicarse con el posible ganador del Premio Mayor en el plazo de catorce (14) días desde el primer intento de comunicarse con él o si el posible ganador no firma y devuelve la declaración jurada de elegibilidad y responsabilidad/autorización de publicidad (o Declaración de Cumplimiento), si corresponde, dentro del período requerido, se seleccionará en su lugar a un participante alternativo al azar entre todas las inscripciones elegibles recibidas durante todo el Período de la Promoción. Se realizarán tres (3) sorteos alternativos después de los cuales, si no puede ubicarse o identificarse a un ganador, el Premio Mayor quedará vacante. Los Primeros Premios no reclamados no serán entregados. Los ganadores recibirán su premio en el plazo de las 8-10 semanas posteriores a la finalización del Juego con Premio Instantáneo.
7. Premios. SEIS (6) PREMIOS MAYORES (1 por mes): El premio para el cual un participante es elegible depende del Sitio de la Promoción a través del cual se inscriba. Por lo tanto, el Premio Mayor para un ganador que se inscribió a través de este Sitio de la Promoción será: una tarjeta de regalo por US$ 1.000 de Marriott®; el ganador debe cumplir con todos los términos y condiciones de la tarjeta de regalo. Valor minorista aproximado (Approximate Retail Value, "ARV"): US$ 1.000. Para todos los premios: No se permite la sustitución, cesión ni transferencia del premio, salvo por parte del Patrocinador y los Promotores, que se reservan el derecho de sustituir un premio por otro de mayor o igual valor. Los ganadores serán exclusivamente responsables de pagar todos y cada uno de los cargos e impuestos aplicables asociados con la recepción y el uso del premio. 8. Publicidad. Salvo en donde esté prohibido, la participación en el Juego con Premio Instantáneo representa el consentimiento del ganador para que el Promotor, a través de cuyo Sitio de la Promoción se inscribió el ganador, y el Patrocinador utilicen el nombre, la imagen, la voz, las opiniones, la dirección de la ciudad natal, el estado/la provincia/el territorio y el país del ganador con fines promocionales en todos los medios, sin que medie ningún pago o contraprestación.
9. Condiciones Generales. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su exclusiva discreción, de cancelar, modificar o suspender el Juego con Premio Instantáneo si un virus, un error, una intervención humana no autorizada, defectos técnicos o cualquier otro factor que exceda del control razonable del Patrocinador vicia la administración, la seguridad, la imparcialidad, la integridad o el funcionamiento adecuado del Juego con Premio Instantáneo. En ese caso, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de entregar el premio al azar entre las inscripciones elegibles recibidas hasta el momento en que surgió el inconveniente. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su exclusiva discreción, de descalificar a cualquier persona que considere que está adulterando el proceso de inscripción o el funcionamiento de este Juego con Premio Instantáneo o cualquier otro juego de este tipo, que esté violando estas Reglas Oficiales o las de cualquier otro Juego con Premio Instantáneo, o que esté actuando de cualquier otra forma desleal o perturbadora. El intento de cualquier persona de dañar a sabiendas el Sitio del Patrocinador o cualquier otro Sitio de la Promoción, o de desvirtuar el funcionamiento legítimo de este Juego con Premio Instantáneo puede constituir una violación de las leyes penales y civiles. Si dicho intento se concreta, el Patrocinador y los Promotores se reservan el derecho de solicitar una indemnización por daños y perjuicios de dicha persona, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley. El hecho de que el Patrocinador no exija el cumplimiento de alguno de los términos de estas Reglas Oficiales no implicará una renuncia a lo establecido en esa disposición.
10. Liberacion. Salvo los residentes del Reino Unido con respecto a las reclamaciones que surjan de la muerte o lesiones personales, al aceptar un premio del Juego con Premio Instantáneo, el ganador acepta que el Patrocinador y los Promotores, sus respectivas compañías controlantes, subsidiarias y afiliadas, y los agentes, empleados, directores y ejecutivos de dichas compañías (las "Partes Liberadas") no son responsables en forma alguna de lesiones, pérdidas o daños de ningún tipo que surjan en forma total o parcial, directa o indirecta, de la aceptación, la posesión, el uso o el uso indebido de cualquier premio o de la participación del ganador en el Juego con Premio Instantáneo.
11. Limitaciones de Responsabilidad. Las Partes Liberadas no son responsables de: (1) información incorrecta o inexacta, causada o no por los participantes, el lenguaje de los Sitios de la Promoción, errores de impresión o por cualquier equipo o programa asociado con el Juego con Premio Instantáneo o utilizado junto con este; (2) defectos técnicos de cualquier tipo, incluidos, entre otros, desperfectos, interrupciones o desconexiones de líneas telefónicas, o del hardware o software de red; (3) la intervención humana no autorizada en cualquiera de las partes del proceso de inscripción o del Juego con Premio Instantáneo; (4) errores técnicos o humanos que puedan producirse durante la administración del Juego con Premio Instantáneo o el procesamiento de inscripciones; o (5) cualquier lesión a las personas o daño a los bienes que puedan haber sido causados, en forma directa o indirecta, total o parcial, por la participación del participante en el Juego con Premio Instantáneo o la recepción, el uso o el uso indebido decualquier premio. Si por cualquier motivo se confirma que la inscripción de un participante fue eliminada por error, extraviada o de otra forma destruida o viciada, el único recurso del participante será completar una nueva inscripción en el Juego con Premio Instantáneo. Si no fuera posible otorgarle una nueva inscripción debido a la interrupción, por cualquier motivo, del Juego con Premio Instantáneo o cualquiera de sus partes, el Patrocinador, a su discreción, podrá optar por realizar un sorteo al azar entre todas las inscripciones elegibles recibidas hasta la fecha de interrupción por alguno o todos los premios ofrecidos en el Juego con Premio Instantáneo. Solo se otorgará la cantidad de premios indicada. En caso de que, por motivos de producción, técnicos, de clasificación, de programación o de otro tipo, haya disponible y/o se reclame una cantidad de premios mayor que la indicada en estas Reglas Oficiales, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de otorgar solamente la cantidad de premios indicada, mediante un sorteo al azar entre todas las reclamaciones de premios legítimas y elegibles de personas que no hayan recibido su premio.
12. Controversias. El participante acepta que: (1) todas las controversias, reclamaciones o pretensiones que se relacionen de alguna manera con el Juego con Premio Instantáneo o cualquier premio otorgado, con excepción de la administración del Juego con Premio Instantáneo o la determinación de los ganadores, serán resueltas en forma individual, sin recurrir a ningún tipo de acción colectiva, y solamente ante el Tribunal de Distrito de los Estados Unidos para el Distrito Este de Michigan (División Sur) o ante el Tribunal Estatal de Michigan correspondiente, con asiento en el Condado de Oakland, Michigan, EE. UU.; (2) todas las reclamaciones, sentencias e indemnizaciones se limitarán a los costos menores reales en los que se haya incurrido, incluidos los costos asociados con la inscripción en este Juego con Premio Instantáneo, pero en ningún caso incluirán los honorarios de abogados; y (3) en ninguna circunstancia el participante podrá obtener indemnizaciones por daños y perjuicios punitorios, incidentales y consecuentes, ni por cualquier otro tipo de daño, por conceptos que no sean los gastos menores reales, y por el presente renuncia a todo derecho de reclamar dicha indemnización y de que se multipliquen o aumenten los daños de otra forma. ALGUNAS JURISDICCIONES NO PERMITEN LA LIMITACIÓN O EXCLUSIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES; POR LO TANTO, ES POSIBLE QUE LO ANTEDICHO NO SE APLIQUE EN SU CASO. 13. Recolección de datos. La participación en el Juego con Premio Instantáneo implica la autorización para transferir datos personales a los Estados Unidos a los fines de la administración del Juego con Premio Instantáneo. El Patrocinador recopila información personal suya cuando usted se registra en el Juego con Premio Instantáneo. 14. Listado de ganadores/Reglas Oficiales. Para obtener un listado de ganadores, envíe un mensaje de correo electrónico con una Línea de Asunto que diga: "C – Mega Shot Instant Win Challenge, Winner List Request" a WinListRequests@eprizefulfillment.com. Los pedidos deben recibirse antes del 31 de Julio de 2009.
