allshoppedout 11-9-2008, 3:34 PM Wow, what a deal. How I wish I needed a tree!!!
Does anyone know how "Fat" the tree is. I need a new one, but I want a full tree.

I bought this tree last year and it is very beautiful! It comes in three pieces and it's not too heavy. I think it's pretty full but that's as long as you put it up correctly. (meaning the limbs/branches have to bended a certain way) What I REALLY love is that the branches just sort of "fall" down so that you don't have to worry about color coding each layer. You WILL be very happy with the purchase!!!!!!:)
Kathi3043 11-9-2008, 5:41 PM Ok..Im in for one, thanks for the great info!!! I have looked everywhere for a nice tree, and cant find one I like no matter the price....guess I'll give this one a try! For $65 it cant hurt! :)
Jenna Talia 11-10-2008, 8:55 AM Thanks for posting this, our family needed a tree and the price is nice.
jmeoneill 11-10-2008, 9:37 AM You mentioned that it comes in three peices. Does that mean that the peices completely seperate? I have a tree now that is in three peices, but still connected by wires. So it takes two people to assemble. I would like to be able to do it by myself.
csks97 11-10-2008, 10:14 AM where do you input the code?
Ginny123 11-10-2008, 10:24 AM Just so you know, garden ridge will have this even cheaper on their thanksgiving sale....around $50.
Just in case you miss out or want to wait for an even better deal. :)
csks97 11-10-2008, 10:24 AM got it but it was tricky!
csks97 11-10-2008, 10:25 AM is it the same tree? I got it for 40% off w/shipping only $64.68

No all pieces are completely seperate. I am 5'2 and was able to assemble and disassemble all by myself. the top piece was the hardest to put on only because I'm so short and was reaching above my head!

miller205 11-10-2008, 10:57 AM Does anyone have the diameter of the bottom of this tree?

I was referring to the garden ridge tree is it the same tree as the one here?
Ginny123 11-10-2008, 12:02 PM Not sure...garden Ridge has many different styles according to the type of tree it is and how many bulbs......they may use different vendors..dunno.

I did it both ways in the cart and the 40% off is the better deal. You still have to pay the extra $12 heavy ship fee.
mclaughlot 11-10-2008, 5:25 PM I bought the tree last year (same deal). It is narrow, not full. But we love it. It is simple and nice. I like the wreath and garland also. My mom bought one after she saw mine.
csks97 11-18-2008, 12:17 PM This is still available anyone who ordered one put it up yet to let us know how it looks?
PennyCarter 11-18-2008, 2:31 PM I ordered it last Sunday and received it on Friday. I put it up Friday night. It comes in 3 sections and the top two sections are extremely full and look much much more expensive. The bottom section is sparse. I have done lots and lots of fluffing and I am pretty happy with it. I have been looking for a new tree and I've seen trees that cost over $200 that aren't as full as this one. Once I plugged it in, the gaps were less obvious and now that it's decorated it really is a great tree. I would definitely recommend it. Did anyone else buy it? I'm curious if others had the same experience with the bottom section.
csks97 11-18-2008, 4:21 PM Thanks PennyCarter - I went ahead and ordered one : )
BCBGirl 11-18-2008, 5:40 PM Oh!! I received my tree and love it!! Though it is not as full as I would prefer, once I get finished decorating the tree, should turn out beautiful!

Kash58 11-19-2008, 8:05 PM BCBGirl........how did your tree turn out, I have been thinking about this offer all day, I have been to Target and Kmart, among other places and their prices are ridiculous. Of course I know that I should wait until after Christmas for the sales but That doesn't do me any good for this Christmas and by the time I buy a real one to wait for the sales I might as well put that money toward a nice artificial one now......does that make any sense?????? ha, been a long day shopping and my brain isn't working, just trying to save some $$$$$$$. Is this in like 3 pieces or a bunch of different branches to assemble? TIA
tmbenner75 11-19-2008, 9:44 PM Hi-I purchased this tree and received it last week-I agree with the previous poster that the top is very full but the bottom is more sparse. However once it is decorated it looks great-I have been searching for a tree for a while and have not found a better one for this price. It comes in three pieces that are wired seperately ,you just plug them together when you set it up.The branches are already in place-when you set it up they just"fall" into place and you have to fluff them out.:) I love it!
csks97 11-20-2008, 10:30 AM I can't wait to get mine and put it up. Looks like the bottom is more sparse to allow presents under the tree?
PennyCarter 11-20-2008, 10:47 AM As others have said the branches just 'fall' into place. Since the bottom of mine was sparse, I put something in under where each branch falls to make it not fall as low. That might not make sense until you're looking at it. I used a little metal screw, but a small nail would work too. I stuck it into the spot that catches the limb so it would stay closer to the row above it. It definitely helped make it look fuller. I hope this makes sense, as I'm reading it I'm not convinced!
I just bought mine! I've been looking for a tall (over 7 feet) tree for a while now and they have all been out of my price range... this is an amazing deal! I can't wait to get it!
Did anyone have problems with shipping? It says mine should arrive in 5-7 business days.
If anyone has theirs up already, I would love to see pictures!
I ordered this set last year. I really liked how everything looked since I was leary of it's quality without being able to see it. I'm happy.
dawsonb 11-20-2008, 6:28 PM How are the wires to the lights. I seen on another site where this tree is getting bad reviews because of this.
Kash58 11-21-2008, 3:17 PM I hope you don't mind if I bump this up to the top....just in case anyone would be kind enough to post pictures. Has anyone else put theirs up yet? I think alot of us are still on the market for an artificial tree for this year and we could keep asking and asking for more details but I think pictures would help us out alot more, it is hard to tell from the pictures in catalogs as we know that they are all staged but to see them in real pictures would give us a little bit more help in deciding. I have searched and this one is the only one that people are really talking about. If anyone does see a good deal anywhere else please post info. TIA ;)
mskristy 11-21-2008, 3:56 PM I would love to still get in on this deal but it doesn't show any of their website?
noehlp 11-21-2008, 4:34 PM I would love to still get in on this deal but it doesn't show any of their website?
I just looked on their website, first searched by item number, and then browsed the site too, and could not find this tree set anymore. So i assume it is no longer available.
I am going to move this to the Dead Deal Forum.
HOWEVER, do check their site, because it could possibly come back into stock.
